Total Delivery Time
Most in-stock items at Rockabilia require 5-8 days processing time at our warehouse. Please use the following equation for determining your estimated delivery time.
Processing + Shipping Time = Total Delivery TimeYour total delivery time includes 5-7 days for processing plus 5-8 business days (Standard) shipping time. You can expect delivery of your items 10-15 business days after you place the order. The estimation changes if you choose the Priority service.
Canadian Customs may sometimes delay your order.
Rockabilia offers two continental USA shipping methods. They include:
- Standard (3-6 Weeks) Continental USA
- Priority Handling (6-7 business days) Continental USA
We take pride in our customer service and your satisfaction is important to us. If an item is in stock, your order will be processed right away. However, since inventory can change significantly from day to day, an item may be in stock when you initially place your order, and be sold out by the time your order is processed. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will make every effort to re-stock as soon as possible. Do to the nature of our business, an order can take from two to six weeks for delivery.
If you have selected an upgraded method of shipment, these designated methods of shipment do not change the length of time it takes us to process your order and prepare it to ship from our warehouse. It only reduces the travel time after your order leaves our warehouse.
International Shipments
Rockabilia ships orders all over the world. Because of the reliability of foreign shipments we will often hold international orders until all items are in stock. This way we can send one bigger package rather than many small ones. If your order is taking too long because of a backordered item, please contact us and we can send your order in multiple packages.
Expected delivery times are displayed below. Customs differs with every country. We follow all foreign shipping rules and regulations to help expedite your package through customs. We can not be held responsible if customs delays the delivery of your package. Also, Rockabilia is not responsible for the payment of custom's duties fees to any country besides Canada. These charges are to be payed in addition to the calculated shipping and handling charges.
- Canada (3 to 5 weeks)

Back Ordered Items
All back ordered products are replenished on a regular basis. Normally, this process takes a couple weeks. We can only be as reliable as our suppliers. Sometimes they are also out of stock on a particular item and a back order will take 6 to 8 weeks. You do not need to worry, we will send the item as soon as it arrives. If an item finally does become discontinued, you will be notified with your options.
Please do not worry if you only receive part of your order at first. For mailing purposes, many times we must ship tee-shirts, posters, etc. in seperate packages due to their size and weight.
Shipping & Handling
Find your order total below and follow it across the table to the desired shipping method. This will be the shipping and handling charge added to your order by the shopping cart. Oversized items may require some additional postage. We will contact you for approval before we ship the items. 2 Day Air and Overnight shipping are available. These rates are displayed in the second table below.

Shipping & Handling For 2 Day And Overnight Delivery
Just because items are displayed on our web site does not mean they are all in stock. If you need an item for a particular event or on a particular day please call for availability before you upgrade to 2 Day or Overnight delivery. Just because you pay the extra for quicker shipping does not mean you will get the item on time if it is not in stock. If an oversized package is required to ship your order, this can dramatically increase the cost of shipping. We will contact you with new charges and your options.
